Transmission: C4 - 500
A great, small, lightweight 3-speed transmission with limitless potential in the market of strict racing or hot rod cruisers. We currently build this transmission to the 500 to 600 horsepower level using only 1970+ cases and valve bodies. Each unit is inspected and all bushings/bearings are replaced. The AOD is a suitable alternative for more power handling at the given price.

- Pump and stator modified for increased cooler flow and lubrication
- Welded / reinforced forward drum (to prevent stripping)
- Raybestose Performance Stage 1 clutches (5 FWD, 5-6 DIR)
- Heavy duty Kevlar INT band
- Billet servo (greater holding capacity)
- Rollerized #9 bearing
- Lube mods (forced lubrication of planetaries and orifices enlarged to handle higher flow rates)
